Creating Order

To make a purchase, you first need to create an account on Orzel.TV. You can register here.

Orders can be placed by adding products to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process through our online form. Once you have added the items to your cart, carefully review your details before proceeding to payment. You will then be redirected to a secure banking page to complete your transaction.

Receiving Your Order

Your order will be delivered either through a delivery service or by courier directly to your address.

Shipping costs

To check the shipping cost for your country, go to SUPPORT, then select Shipping Costs to calculate the delivery fee.

The final shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order. Any applicable customs duties must be paid by the customer.

Access to digital data is free and will be sent to you via email.

Date and time of delivery

Delivery times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and depend on postal services.

• For European deliveries, standard shipping takes approximately 4 to 14 days on regular business days. Before holidays, delivery may be delayed by up to two weeks or more, depending on the size of your order.
• For deliveries in the USA, shipping usually takes 3 to 14 days, depending on the recipient’s address and the distance from the store.
