Paying with Credit Card

A credit card allows you to make a purchase now and pay later. By using this method, you agree to settle the amount owed to the bank along with any applicable fees.
To make a payment, visit the Orzel.TV website. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Avoid using Internet Explorer to prevent technical issues.
Before making a purchase, you must register and log in. Then, go to the "Shop" section, select a product, and click on the cart icon (in the upper right corner).
After proceeding to the cart and clicking "Pay Now," carefully review all the details before finalizing the transaction.

Credit Card Payment Steps:
  • Select a credit card as the payment method.
  • Accept the terms and conditions (make sure to check both boxes).
  • You can use Visa or MasterCard with a security code (the last 3 or 4 digits on the back of the card next to the signature strip).
  • You will be redirected to the bank's payment page—enter your details correctly.
  • If you are not from the USA, select N/A in the "Province" field.
  • If you are in the USA, select the appropriate province.
  • Click "Pay Now" and enter your card details (card number, security code, expiration date).
After Payment:
  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Subscription details and a password will be sent within 10 minutes.
Important:

If the transaction fails, try again and verify the details. If the issue persists, check whether the correct payment method is selected and contact your bank to ensure international transactions are allowed.

Paying with Debit Card

A debit card is a convenient way to make electronic payments directly from your bank account.
To pay, visit the Orzel.TV website using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Avoid using Internet Explorer to prevent technical issues.

Debit Card Payment Steps:

  • Log in or create an account—an active account is required to make a payment.
  • Go to the "Shop" section—select a product and add it to the cart (upper right corner).
  • Review your order—click "Pay Now" and ensure all information is correct.
  • Select the payment method—choose debit card (Visa, MasterCard) and accept the terms and conditions.
  • Complete the payment—you will be redirected to Pays Mobile, our payment operator. Enter your card details (number, name, expiration date, security code if required) and click "MAKE A PAYMENT."

After completing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email. Subscription details and a password will be sent within 10 minutes.
If the payment is not processed, verify the details and try again. If the problem persists, contact your bank regarding international transactions.

Bank Transfer Payment

When choosing a bank transfer as a payment method, please note that processing time may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the bank. Plan your purchases accordingly to allow sufficient time for the transfer to be completed.
To make a payment, visit the Orzel.TV website using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Avoid using Internet Explorer.

Bank Transfer Payment Steps:

  • Log in or create an account.
  • Go to the "Shop" section, select a product, and add it to the cart.
  • Click "View My Cart," review your order, and select "Pay Securely Now."
  • Select the payment method: Bank Transfer, accept the terms, and click "Place Order."
  • You will be redirected to the payment operator's page, where you can select your bank, enter your IBAN number, or log in to your bank account to make the transfer.
  • After sending the payment, it may take 1–3 business days to process. Once completed, your order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email with subscription details.
The payment will be converted to euros (EUR).
