Multiroom allows watching television simultaneously on several devices using only one subscription and connecting to the same Internet network. The subscription itself is bound to only one IP address (that is, you cannot watch our subscription at work while the family watches it at home – you need to be connected to the same network).
What should you know about Multiroom?
Multiroom works for any subscription. This option does not need to be activated. Each TV screen on which you want to watch our TV should be connected to a separate decoder, which you can always order in our store at an affordable cost. Multiroom is also available on all devices to which our television is adapted. For example, it can be mobile devices (iPhone, iPad), as well as computers and laptops.
In order to easily use one subscription on two or three devices, you need fast Internet connection speed (two to three times higher than the initial recommendations for watching our television). To watch the channels in standard quality (SD) on 1 TV screen, we recommend an Internet connection with a speed of at least 2 Mbit/s. HD channels – at least 8 Mbit/s. In case of using our television on three TV screens, we recommend a speed of 7 Mbit/s (SD) and 24 Mbit/s (HD).
The first time using the Multiroom option, you may receive a message that your subscription is being used on another device. In this case, to restart watching, you must re-enter the subscription number and password. This code was delivered by email from Orzeł.TV.
